This is what I've got. It's craptastically functionless. Seriously! It's only 1.5 inches wide? Really, what can you put up there other than that berry vine thing?
Don't get me started on how the walls blend into the tile, blends into the carpet. I'm SO painting in there!

Easy one! Go get a piece of wood you like and have somebody attach it. An old architectural one or a new piece of painted wood...either would be fine! I think it all looks good actually...the colors even. Oh...I came to say I loved your "dream" on Miss Mustard Seed...and that you should go for it! Even if you start small by inviting some couples over for a small gathering...test the waters..be brave for Christ! You can do it!
